Our special occasion hall offers versatility to serve you better. You can host business meetings, anniversarys, fund-raising events, banquets, luncheons, wedding ceremonies, wedding receptions, birthdays, meetings, Christmas party's, Grad and Wedding photos. The air conditioned hall hosts up to 110 people seated for meals with a dance floor, or 220 seated in a theatre style, we also offer in-floor heating to keep your guests cozy during the cooler months. Seasonal decorations are maintained throughout the hall, which you can change to coordinate with your décor. Included in your rental are eight foot tables and dark gr­ey cushioned chairs. Garden chairs are available for rent.

Ceremonies and receptions may be held indoors in the special occasion hall or outdoors in the gardens. 

Catering services are available on-site in our full service kitchen for your guests to enjoy a scrumptious meal. The special occasion hall is not licensed, to host a licensed event you will need to provide your own Special Occasions Permit; please view the referral list for a bar tender.

  • A damage deposit may be requested on rental of the hall. A checklist prior to use will be reviewed and will be readdressed after the event. Should all items on the list be positive the deposit would be refunded. 
  • The deposit is in the amount of $150.00
  • Hall chairs are not allowed outside. For weddings in the yard you will be required to use rental chairs. (we have chairs available for rent)
  • Applicable taxes to be added where required
  • Sound system available on request
  • Please note: If you rent our outside chairs, we set them up as per your direction. If there is a posibility of rain, we require 2 hours notice from the Bride, Groom or immediate designated wedding party member as to if the wedding will continue to be outside or inside. We set the chairs up approximatly 2 hours prior to the Wedding and cannot be held responsible for drying the chairs in the event of rain.
  • Any snacks / appetizers or late evening lunches, unless catered by facility, client must use their own plates glassware etc. Facility dishes not allowed outside.

At no extra cost we can do "garlic mashed potato" or oven roasted potatoes. We will cater to vegetarian guests. If we serve a min dish to sedignated guests there will be no extra charge, and they will proceed to the buffet, however if you wish the vegetarian option on the buffet an extra charge will be applied, based on the total number of guests. 

You may choose to have ONE HOT VEGETABLE SERVED, and then add a salad from the following; Pasta, Asian noodle, bean, spinach or marinated carrot.

If you wish the two hot vegetables and wish to add a salad from the above list an additional .75 cents per person will be added to the cost.

We do not charge a corking fee, and will set the wine you provide on the guests tables at no extra charge.
